Orders made after 2 pm will be dispatched the day after (excludes weekends & Bank Holidays).
STANDARD SHIPPING TO UK IS UP TO 15  BUSINESS DAYS /for items not available in UK stocks/ and 2-4 Business days for items available in UK stocks, DELIVERY FEE IS £4.95
A full breakdown of the shipping details, including the full total amount, will be given to you at the checkout before the order is confirmed. Customers hold the right to leave the order stage at this time before the order goes through.
Unfortunately, we cannot dispatch orders to post office boxes or APO/FPO addresses. 
V Fashioon working with international warehouses based in the UK, Europe, and China. Our team ensures your order is being processed as quickly as possible. Your order will dispatch from the nearest warehouse when possible, although the majority of stock is located in China so you may receive different packages for the same order. Customers will receive orders via our UK courier partners and NOT need to deal with any custom affairs. Please also be aware that next-day delivery is NOT currently available for UK customers.

Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than the expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures, or other causes.
Please contact us within 3 months of shipment if the package does not arrive in time, our customer service will get back to you within 24 hours. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.


Our customer can get 8  calendar days to cancel your order because you have changed your mind. This one-week cancellation period starts from the day you have received all of the items in your order. Find out how to return your item(s) below.

If you receive faulty goods, you may also have a right to return these goods and to ask us to repair or replace them or get a refund. (subject to availability)


Please return your item(s) to us within 8 days after finding the fault, and remember to get in touch before returning.

You can do this by going to the 'Contact Us' section and a member of our team will look into it.

Please don’t use any faulty items after finding the fault, or we may not be able to provide a refund.

Please return unsuitable items in their original packaging (cellophane bags and/or shoe boxes), with tags and labels.

Please note, we cannot offer refunds on pierced jewelry or on swimwear if the hygiene seal is not in place or has been broken.

All returns are quality checked – items should be returned in a new and unused condition with labels attached and wherever possible sent back in the original packaging. Refunds will not be given if they do not comply with our returns policy.

V FASHIOON reserves the right to the final decision in regard to the return items condition.



To return an item back to us please pack your items securely and include a cover note clearly stating your NAME, ORDER NUMBER, and/or EMAIL address within the returning parcel.

Delivery charges are non-refundable.

Upon arrival, the returns are subject to inspection for compliance with our Return Policy.

How will I get my refund?

Your request will be processed within 10 business days after we receive your return. The refund will be issued to your V FASHIOON Wallet or the original payment account, as per your request.

Note: The original shipping fee and shipping guarantee are non-refundable.


Unfortunately, we don’t offer an exchange facility. Simply return your item(s) by following these easy steps from above and reorder for a replacement. Subject to availability.


If you have received an email notification of the refund but haven’t received the money yet, first check your bank account before contacting us.

Then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank, there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
